Our candles
As all of our candles are hand-poured, the colour and finish of each candle may vary slightly. As they are made from 100% soy wax resetting after being lit may be slightly uneven. This is normal and does not affect your candle in any way. When candles are cold (sometimes during delivery especially in winter), wax may occasionally pull away from the sides of the glass slightly. This will not affect your candle in any way and once lit in a warm room the wax will even out again.
Prices
All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated clearly on the website.
Payment
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in sterling.
Orders
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you of this and will not charge for the product. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Delivery
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. If delivery is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible.
Ownership of goods
The Silver Candle Company will retain ownership of all goods until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
Responsibility of goods
Goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product/s to the address you gave us or you collect it/them from us.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your candle/s when they arrive. If you need to contact us for any reason please email us at anne@thesilvercandlecompany.co.uk as soon as possible. Candles cannot be returned once they have been lit. For authorised returns candles need to be in new, unused, perfect condition with all their original packaging within seven days of delivery to you.
